Red Sea Dreams

Ay well, its all a distant memory now! The tans are fading fast and it all just seems like some wierd dream - except for a bunch of photos to bore yous all with!!

What a wonderful time we had. We hardly even left the resort (click here). The staff were all lovely, very hard working, the complex was spotless, the food was excellent, our glasses were never empty, there was loads to do and I have to say how much we both fell in love with diving and snorkelling in the Red Sea. Ive never seen anything like it! The colour and variety of the fish and corals was absolutely breath taking (click here). We saw shipwrecks, turtles, stingray, barracuda, moray eels, giant napolean fish, lion fish... we even found Nemo!!!

We took a wee disposable underwater camera on our first dive and the shots actually turned out naw too bad. Jacques Cousteau eat your heart oot! It has to be said theres room for improvement, but for a first attempt (and considering ive never been out past ma armpits in the sea!) I'm really, really chuffed with them!!!

Aye, Merry Christmas or whatever. Hope yous all get loads of nice goodies and kisses under the mistletoe!!

And remember, Bawjaws is back and we're all going to the Riley aboot 8 o'clock tonight for a few games of pool and some drinks, you're all welcome. Photos of the carnage will be posted in due course.

Ive not posted for a while, cos ive had nothing to post. Keeping a low profile the noo with Christmas coming up and an exotic holiday in January ;) (al have plenty to post then!!)

We put the Christmas tat up today and most of the pressies are sorted, so i suppose im kinda looking forward to it this year. Graza just jumps up n down clapping his hands when he sees any kind of flashing lights, Christmas or not :P! Im just thankful that the Christmas Radio Times isnae out yet!!

Nice Sunny Day

Its a nice sunny day today :) My back is much much better now :) i dont need to go back to physio for another month :) I was in Erskine for a group interview for a job which sounds really good and as far as interviews go, I really enjoyed it :) and I never realised before, but Erskine beach is actually a beach :) With sand! I thought its was like a mud flat or something. Its pretty nice in fact. Hope you're having a nice sunny day too.
